Lauren Eller has been with Fitness Formula since 1983 and is Human Resources Director for the multi-club owner/operator in the Chicagoland area. She develops and implements Management Training Programs for the company which employs over 700. Lauren has been a speaker presenter at the annual Club Industry conference, and contributes to Human Resources related articles in industry trade publications. This is her third year as seminar instructor for the IHRSA Institute for Professional Club Management.
