For the past 23 years Jim has been actively involved in the Health Club Industry. The majority of the years as a General Manager as well as being directly involved in six start-ups. Besides building Clubs, Jim has managed hundreds of professionals, some who now mangage very successful buisnesses. These opportunities have come through working for some of the leading Club Companies in the Country like, The Sports Club Co., WellBridge, Health Deveopment Corp., Fitcorp, and a few others. 'I have always been blessed with great mentors and teachers, I will share some of that wisdom as well as real life challenges and successes I experienced along the way'. Today, Jim works as a independent consultant and uses his experience and energies to assist other organizations and professionals to reach their potential.
